You download the app, and we take care of the rest! We monitor 8 key pillars of longevity: mood, sleep, exercise, sunlight exposure, cold immersion, fasting, supplements and blood tests. You will have daily recommended goals across each of these domains, which are aggregated to form your longevity score.

For Health data we use TERRA SDK and passive tracking of digital biomarkers and are compatible with almost all wearables, including Garmin, Fitbit, Apple watch where we collect the data from the apple health app, Oura, and many more. Our platform is at the intersection of behavioural science and longevity science, employing psychology and neuroscience to support you in maintaining your life-extending habits. The Zest app connects you to the wider Zest ecosystem, allowing you to access detailed progress tracking, reminders, supplements, and information on the latest developments in longevity science.

- Payment :- The amount will be debited from the iTunes account and user will pay immediately after paying the amount and we also give 7 days free trial to user.

- Unsubscribe :- 
-- Solution 1 :- Open the App Store on your phone, click of the blue avatar icon in upper right corner and then go to “Subscription” -> “Zest - Health & Fitness” to cancel the subscription.
